Auto repair in the United States is split between independent shops, dealership service departments and national chains. Independents handle most routine work (oil changes, brakes, tune-ups, check-engine diagnostics) at lower labor rates and often specialize in one make or in imports; dealers keep factory tools, software and warranty authority; chains sell speed and standard pricing on maintenance items. Most shops charge a diagnostic fee, credited toward the repair if you go ahead, and quote parts and labor separately. Certification matters: look for ASE-certified technicians and, in many states, a state repair license posted at the counter. Written estimates are required by law in most states before work begins, and you are entitled to your old parts if you ask.

I do not normally leave a review because my wife tells me I am never happy with anything… However, after seeing the delusional comments from Shy Ware, I just had to set the record straight. There is no more honest and transparent business of any kind, repair facility - or any other, than the team at Blaesi’s. I have been taking my vehicles there for years (and recommending them to many, many others), and NEVER has anyone had any problem with their service, quality, honesty or value. This team goes above and beyond to provide quality service, fair prices and extraordinary customer service. For many of the people that I recommended to go to Blaesi’s Automotive, Blaesi's has correctly diagnosed issues that other shops had misdiagnosed (or over diagnosed to bill more). If you’re worried about your license plate frame, go to Dewey, Cheatem and How Repair shops - you’ll find them on every corner. If you want honest, reliable, quality vehicle care – Blaesi’s is your place! I am personally proud to have a Blaesi’s license plate frame on my vehicles. It is a badge of wisdom, value and quality that should signal to everyone that your vehicle is well taken care of.

I came here just to get a simple tire change and ended up really disappointed. A few days later, I noticed they had removed my dealer plate frame and replaced it with their own shop’s frame — without telling me or asking for permission. I didn’t notice right away because honestly, who’s checking their plate frame after a tire change? It feels sneaky and unprofessional to take something off my car and replace it with their own branding without consent. That’s not okay. I won’t be coming back and definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values honesty and respect for their vehicle. And I will be back on Columbus Day or day after to get my frame back ! Do not do business with them if you do watch there EVERY MOVE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR ALONE WITH THEM!!!

Blaesi’s is the only place i trust to do honest and solid work on my car. These guys are the best! I’ve always had timely responses and i’ve never waited any longer than 2 days for all services to be completed. Between the awesome customer service, upfront communication, quality parts & reliability, there is no doubt they’ll be the first people I call in times of need!!! So glad I found them, Thank you as always Blaesi’s!
